Thank you for your application unfortunately we currently do not have space in a our raiding roster for another DPS warrior. In addition I would also recommend revising your gems before applying to another guild.

Evia - king of warrior dps spec's - I'll take a quick look at your gear...

I'm not sure your gemming preferences... you have allot of crit gems for arms?

Arms = ArP
Fury = Str
Never gem for anything else unless except hit or exp if your under the cap...

Arms:
You need 40% ArP (+10% Battle Stance) if you have Grim Toll, since you don't have grim toll you need as much ArP as you can get...

You also have 3 blue gems?

I will have shot in the dark and say that your arms is not your main spec?

I would replace all the gems with ArP gems and run Nax 25 a few times and hope you get grim toll...
