Edit: Added 2nd kill video showing the same strategy, cleaner kill despite being a pet pull while still getting ready. Original kill is below for reference.

Well done to everyone for helping to refine this new strategy. While this attempt was very tight and clean for every part except the last few seconds, it was notably performed using a new and different approach.
In summary, ranged dps standing at the back wall with two melee dps groups picking up adds on either side - each melee group covered by two burst healers (discpriests in this case). I am one of the disc priests mainly looking after the 4 melee dps in front of me who deal with the adds (2nd row of unit frames from the bottom).

We believe this may be the first video of the ‘alternate’ strat for Lady Deathwhisper to date.
If that actually turns out to be true, I’m sure the guild will sit around & have a good chuckle about it. If you’re wondering why, Ordnance is not usually in the habit of getting firsts, or even attempting them. Hell we barely blow our own trumpet. We’ve done some pretty good stuff progression wise over the last year, however we’re also a guild where everyone is highly social & we like to enjoy our raids instead of making it a grindfest.
We’ve actually spent the last few weeks reforming after a month’s break from raiding, and in that time our focus has been more on the fun aspect than who’s topping dps. So regardless if we’re first or last, I’d like to send out some cheers to our members ;D
Thanks to Holyjebus for suggesting this strat last week, mid-pull mind you! Sorry you were on standby for the kill, you deserved to be in there! It turned out this strat works really well for us since we’re about 20-30k raidwide dps under what we had before our break.
Huge thanks also to (Dr)Jubali for working extra hard & re-editing this video today after it bugged loading to YouTube twice!!! I can’t say enough times how much I love your brilliant work, it makes me even prouder to be part of this guild and I know other guildies appreciate your talent & effort just as much as I do.
And thanks again to everyone in Ordnance who came bolting back when I put out the word. You guys make the guild a really special place to be & kick some serious butt to boot! Thanks to our newer faces & the casuals who’ve stepped up to fill the spots of those who are still on a WoW break. We couldn’t do this without you guys, welcome to the Ordnance Raiding Team :D
Next week we’ll do it inside the enrage timer kgo!

(p.s my home phone is going to be disconnected during raid times). we all came back cause we are a tight family with loving parents (officers) that do everything to look after there young ones.
Jub omg great work on the vid i watched the first 2 mins then turned it off ill be back in 30mins for HD :) to good to waste on low quality.

Love this strategy
Did you use 2 or 3 tanks? Are they tanking all fanatics on top of boss?
If yes, is that you use your burst healers for?
Hard to tell from the angle of the video
I was thinking that 3-4 fanatics' cleave dmg on more than 1 tank could be tough to heal.
Or do you have two fanatic groups, almost on the boss, but facing slightly away from each other?

We used 3 tanks. I was picking up the left hand side fanatics (left as you're facing the boss when you enter the room) & our 2nd tank was picking up the right hand fanatic. Our 3rd tank was picking up whatever spawned from the back stairs plus kiting any deformed fanatics.
We tank the fanatics slightly off the boss for a few reasons. Ranged dps could aoe fanatics & also be hitting the boss which helps take her shield down (they immediately switch to focus fire any deformed fanatics however). Also we found any deformed mobs would take a tank out before we could see them if they were right on top of the boss. Additionally this allows room for our melee dps to get some dps time on the boss without being cleaved when they have burned down the caster adds.
I don't think our heals had any concerns about 2 tanks being in range of 3-4 fanatics, I know my cds were up going into P2 so I wasn't having to worry about my survival too much.
Our burst heals were 2 priests specced disc, they were assigned to a melee group each (as we didn't use a tank on the ranged mobs), & they were generally what the fanatics would run at when they spawned, which helped me immensely with picking up fanatics as I was on the side that spawns 2 each wave.

What's the add-on that shows the percentages in the health bars above the mobs heads?

That is just a game feature. Press 'V' to see the nameplates.

That is one of the smoothest UI set ups I've seen. Would you mind listing the addons you use to in this video?

What is the large bar above the raid frames that seems to show cooldowns?

The addon is called Fortexorcist (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/fortexorcist.aspx) it requires some customisation and has some other cool features you will have to configure before it becomes practical.

Yeh thats right- thanks Rhys. Sorry about the delay in replying everyone.
There have been quite a few questions about my ui- it is something I have probably put hundreds of hours into over the last 6 months- many of the mods I use are heavily customised and do not look quite like this "out of the box".
most of what you can see on screen was built from the following mods:
x-perl unitframes
x loot
visualheal
titan panel
sexymap
satrina buff bars
raidcooldowns
quartz
power auras classic
nameplates modifier
fontifier
mikscrollingbattletext
guardian spirited
fortexorcist
decursive
deadlybossmods
chatter
buttonfascade
bartender4
Hello,
What is the addon that shows the prayer of Mending?

I believe it's Fortexorcist (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/fortexorcist.aspx). Jub can confirm though.

for the cooldown, yes.
Xperl itself can be configured to show this spell bouncing around the raid frames.
