Why Us?
Referred by a friend (Kaizier), plus ordnance is a well known guild on the server also the raid times suit me :D

What do you expect of us?

What assets will you bring to the guild? A restoration/elemental shammy that knows all the mechanics of his class, will always be ready for raids (sufficient stock of pots/flasks, reads up boss encounters)

Can you commit to the guild raid schedule? (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday - 7.30 server time). Yes, i will be able to commit to the guild raid schedule except during the exam periods.

Do you enjoy the aspects of hardcore raiding? Wiping, farming, listening, researching encounters etc.
Yes, every bit of it. The feeling of achievement after defeating a boss after countless wipes is awesome. (Spent 3hrs on DECON, and finally beating it, BEST FEEELING EVER :D)



What is your preferred raiding spec for the expansion? (A link to the talent build would be nice).
I am happy of being either elemental or restoration (depending on whatever the guild needs),

What are your aspirations for 3.1?
Completing Ulduar 10man/25man together with the guild

Okay, I'm happy to advise you have been accepted, however at this stage it will be as a casual member as we would like to see some improvements on your gear to meet our current raiding requirements before we would invite you to raid progression content.

You have no shoulder glyph, and almost honored with SoH. We require all raiders to reach exalted & have this glyph.

Your legs have the cheaper patch, this needs to be upgraded.

We'll suffice with the lower enchant on the weapon at this stage as it's not something you won't upgrade soon.

Belt & pants need rare quality gems, not greens.

Please whisper either myself or Rhyseh in game for an invite.

k, my bad on some of the review I did on your gear, apparently after looking through some more site, I discovered that the chest and boots enchant is comparable to +10 stats and Icewalker. It's just a matter of stats priority + healing style. Anyway, both of them are fine as it is.
