Professions: High level JC and Herb. Going to level Blacksmithing for the extra 32 str+ once i have the gold.

Game Experience - What end game raid experience do you have? You can include pre-bc & other MMO's for our reference also. Before WoW I played FPS games at a compeditive level, i'n WoW i cleared most Pre-ULD content with a guild called ORSM (exception of OS +3) and have cleared up to Mirmiron in 25 ULD currently.

Is there any member of Ordnance that can vouch for you? Having raided with alot of the members from ORSM that merged into this guild I would hope the likes of Battlekai and Othekar would vouch for me? :D

Why did you leave?: ORSM - Was a great guild that sadly got disbandoned.
Redux - Left due to the lack of dedication and attendance members had towards progression.

Why Us? Because I know alot of the people in this guild having been a core member ORSM, and would like contribute to a successful and dedicated raid.

What do you expect of us? I expect members to actauly show up for progression fights and not just be in it for free loot off cleared content. I would expect every member to be flasked/food buffed correctly on progression fights if not every raid. I would expect people to peronaly know and understand the mechanics of there class and how to play it efficiently.

What assets will you bring to the guild? 100% attendance guranteed, a motivation to clear end game content and a stable ping and fps.

Can you commit to the guild raid schedule? (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday - 7.30 server time). Yes.

Do you enjoy the aspects of hardcore raiding? Wiping, farming, listening, researching encounters etc. This is what i enjoy about WoW the most, it's a great feeling to wipe thoasands of times on a difficult encounter and finaly get a kill. So long as people are taking it seriously and learning from the wipes.

What is your preferred raiding spec for the expansion? (A link to the talent build would be nice). Currently using a Cookie cutter Fury dps spec, although if needed am also very confident playing arms. (truma can be a nice addition to the raid) I also have a prot duel spec with decent gear to help out but currently have little tanking experiance as I have always prefered to play dps.

What are your aspirations for 3.1? To have a decent guild notice my dedication to raiding and do my best to down all endgame content.

We have reviewed your application and if we did have room for your in our raiding or even bench roster we would have accepted you. However we are currently full on all melee DPS.

We have recently recruited three melee DPS on the premise that they would have to warm the bench for some time, until more permanent spots become available. If we did accept you, you would be behind these people in terms of priority on these raid slots.

We offered our last lot of applications the option to join us and sit on the bench for an unknown period of time or try their luck else where. All said people have accepted the offer, which means there is now a wait list for the wait list when it comes to melee DPS.

This would potentially mean that you would be missing out on raids for quite some time with us. As such we are declining your application to encourage you to seek a raiding position else where.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our application and again sorry we cannot offer you a place within our raiding roster. Also you may like to consider using a non-expired WWS in future.
